Functional Nutrition Counseling looks at the root cause of acute illness or chronic disease, and how food may hinder or help on the path to wellness and healing. Often weight loss is a positive side effect of the healing process. My goal is to help you back it up and then move forward through nutiriton, becoming more self aware of how your body responds to what you put in your mouth. Healing, long-term health and independence are my goals for you!

FxNA is the leading functional nutrition training program, 5 stars on Trustpilot reviews, and A+ on the Better Business Bureau. Their program dives deep into each body system and how to use food as medicine, backed by science. Insights from various health professionals, coaching sessions, and a wide range of resources are included in our coursework.

Let's face it-your doctor can give you some great advice, but who has to do the work to make those healthy changes? You! The majority of people want to make lasting changes, but they just don't know how. We will take those small steps together to bring about great change over time. Yes, you can change your health!
